1. Acceptance

By downloading or using PhotoPure AI Capture ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the app to:

Search for text within your own screenshots and scanned documents.
Scan paper documents with your camera for personal use.
Bookmark, summarise, and export content from your own library.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the app to process screenshots or documents to which you do not have lawful access.
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the app is owned by Onur Yaşar / Lemoras. Your screenshots and documents remain your property at all times.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OCR accuracy depends on image quality and the capabilities of Apple's Vision framework. We do not guarantee that all text will be recognised correctly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.

8. App Store

The app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

PhotoPure AI Capture'ı ("uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Lisans

Size, App Store Hizmet Koşullarının izin verdiği ölçüde, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrolünüzdeki Apple markalı cihazlarda uygulamayı kullanmak için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz.

3. İzin Verilen Kullanım

Uygulamayı şu amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz:

Kendi ekran görüntüleriniz ve taranmış belgelerinizde metin aramak.
Kişisel kullanım için kameranızla kağıt belgeleri taramak.
Kendi kütüphanenizden içeriklere yer imi eklemek, özetlemek ve dışa aktarmak.

4. Yasak Kullanım

Şunları yapmamalısınız:

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, derlemeyi bozma veya parçalarına ayırma.
Uygulamayı, yasal erişiminiz olmayan ekran görüntülerini veya belgeleri işlemek için kullanmak.
Uygulamayı yürürlükteki yasaları veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmak.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama içindeki tüm içerik, tasarım ve kod Onur Yaşar / Lemoras'a aittir. Ekran görüntüleriniz ve belgeleriniz her zaman sizin mülkünüzdür.

6. Garanti Yoktur

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. OCR doğruluğu görüntü kalitesine ve Apple'ın Vision çerçevesinin yeteneklerine bağlıdır. Tüm metnin doğru tanınacağını garanti etmiyoruz.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, veri kaybı dahil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

8. App Store

Uygulama Apple App Store aracılığıyla dağıtılmaktadır. Apple'ın standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir. Apple, uygulama veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler yayınlandıktan sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
