PhotoPure AI Capture does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data. All processing happens on your device. We have no servers that receive your screenshots, text, or usage data.
Nothing. PhotoPure AI Capture does not collect any personal information, usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry of any kind.
The app requests access to your photo library to read your screenshots and scanned documents. This access is used solely on-device to extract and index text. No image, text, or metadata is transmitted to any server.
Camera access is used only when you explicitly tap "Open Camera" to scan a paper document. The camera feed is processed locally by Apple's Vision framework. No image is stored by the app or sent anywhere.
Biometric authentication is used to protect your Vault (locked screenshots). Biometric data never leaves your device and is handled entirely by iOS. We do not have access to it.
All OCR, search indexing, AI summarisation, and entity detection run on your device using Apple's Vision framework and Core ML. No text extracted from your screenshots is sent to any external service.
The app does not use iCloud Sync. Your index and bookmarks are stored only in the app's local container on your device.
PhotoPure AI Capture contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external frameworks used are Apple's own (Vision, Photos, Core ML, LocalAuthentication).
The app is rated 4+ and contains no content directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
If we ever change this policy (for example, if a future version adds iCloud sync), we will update this page and note the date above.
